Does "Real Arachnophobia Mode" by Andre Aquila work if its only client side only?
started playing with a friend recently who hosts the game for me and was just wondering if the mod needs both of us to have it installed or if just me is fine?

If this isn't the mod you were looking for, try a different spelling.
It doesn't have the client tag, so probably needs to be installed everywhere
