Unable to authenticate
Hey guys, im unable to authenticate at the moment on both of my prod and dev. I get a 504 error like this "msg": "504: Processing this request timed out, please retry after a moment.". Is there any maintainance at the moment?

Hey gary, im in argentina and my instance is located at us-east-1
No issues in us-east that I know of. Mine are working there.

@Gaston are you using Postmark SMTP for your email auth by any chance?

Can you all clarify what is not working and working? Trying to see if the is a SMTP thing or a more general outage (although still limited posts and I have access so not mass outage).
this is what im seeing, it looks like a email issue, i havent set any smtp settings

You are using the built in SMTP? If so that is limited to 2 per hours, but should not be a timeout message.

I can confirm built in is timing out at least in a quick try.
But custom is working.

I have bumped to my slack contact also but no telling who will see it first. Could also be a temp thing and just resolve. Both my instances are in us-east and custom is working but built in is not. But other user has custom not working also...
