Assuming you are Pro you need to allow billing for exceeding locked limits.

Can’t find the spend cap where can I set it?
Your site is super complex
We are all users here and I don't have pro.
It is likely in the org part of the dashboard and the settings are for the whole org.
But I can’t find where to set it
I just find the infos but no option to actually set it
I clicked and got to another screen that seems to have enabled/disabled but because I'm free I can't see it. There is no individual setting, just no spend cap for all or spend cap for all.
You'll have to wait for a Pro user to come along or contact support.
I would change your title or start a new topic on how to disabled spend cap. I don't think I've seen any Pro user ask how to do it here.
