(Infinite Research) Refineries not affected by research upgrades
I noticed that refineries seem to be exempt from production bonuses from andre's infinite research mod.
I find this strange, seeing as all other buildings, even modded ones are properly affected.

Solution
strange, it suddenly fixed itself, and now the refineries are affected properly. weird.
