after I reinstall game and smm I got this error. What do I have to do
Solution
Try closing Steam, deleting
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\libraryfolders.vdf, then reopen Steam, add your library again, and restart Steam, see if it remembers it this time
