How Do I create a Physical Backup to duplicate my Superbase?

Hi,

I am building a website which is connected to Supabase. I want to duplicate my website to create a 2nd site with a different theme/audience. I understand that I need to make a backup the current site and then restore as a new project but It says I also need a physical backup? But I can't see quite how to do this.
