Having a Power Issue
I was building a Creative Works Coal Power Plant, learning how to use the building mechanics more, when I ran into a power issue. For some reason my power shut off while I was placing Metal PIllars to hide my Power poles. Then I tried to turn it on and no Fuses would appear. I thought it had something to do with the Pillars blocking the lines or something. Turns out Even if I built a brand new plant, new water extractor, and gave it all materials needed, Hooked up a power line to a biomass burner, It still would not turn on. And No Fuses to turn on either.
A friend of mine also tried, Same result. We both loaded a Creative Test World In straight Vanilla and it works fine.
What could be causing the issue? The only mods both of us have that are the same is Doggo Transportation, Doggo Collector, and the Normal Satisfactory Mod Loader. This problem occurred Prior to the Doggo Transportation Mod update today.
And Only AFTER the Game Updated to the new V1.1.1.4 patch update. All worked fine Previously. Please Help.

UPDATE:
Upon Further testing, My Friend and I loaded common mods one by one. Then Loaded Old Saves from prior to Satisfactory Game Update V1.1.1.4 and Power is Not working. ( Problem Persist ).
Then Loaded New Games and found it works. Both Tested with Mods On and Tested with Mods Off.
We Think that the Satisfactory Update V1.1.1.4 Has broken Our Save Files.

We need more information to help you. Before launching the game again, open the Mod Manager and use the "Generate debug info" option, then send the zip file produced here in this channel.

I am looking on my computer and my friend was looking on his too. The debug info for Satisfactory is not showing up anywhere. My friend is headed to bed ( its 3:49 am ). Will keep looking.

Did that but, dont think you want GTA 2,3,4,and 5, Oxygen Not included, etc.

No idea what mod could be causing those, because that seems to me like temporary debugging code that someone's left in their mod

This is generally the fastest method to work out which mod is causing problems, luckily I see you only have 7 mods on this save right now (along with 5 dependencies to make them work)Follow this flowchart to troubleshoot issues caused by mods (crashes, unexpected behavior, etc.). I'd start with anything which affects power though, so put hover pack ultimate and powered foundations in the first batch you try turning off
Done all of that. It does it even with ONE mod enabled. Does not matter what mod. It kills Old Saves.
OK! That's interesting. So this is a power circuit in the save which just won't turn on at all?
New games, No Issues, Old Saves power goes nuts. One minute they work, the next the breaker blows, The Fuse Vanishes, you cant restart the power, Sometimes the Power starts and just keeps running when NOTHING is connected. Its Weird

Renaming the file to not mix it up
it should already end in _CALCULATOR.sav for that reason

changed the converter to make dark matter, went into Advanced game settings to get reannimated Sam, and it wont let me click on it to get the sam.

Its in Creative mode ( vanilla via advanced settings ) and its just going bonkers. I will run verify files and see what happens.

Sad part is, its not just me having this issue. My friend lives several states and a full time zone away. And his is doing the same thing.
I'd expect any issues on the host to also cause issues on the client

I think, in that case, you must both be misunderstanding something about the game. Because I've seen none of the issues you're describing here before, and the chances of only you and your friend experiencing them completely independently are astronomically low.

Spent hours building 6 water pumps, 16 Coal factories, 16 Bio Fuel Generators, A Steel building with windows, and started added details in with Metal Pillars. Both Small and Large and POOF it Broke. He did the same thing testing it on his own game. and It Broke I only saw the update for Doggo Transportation just before he and I started to try working out what might have broken it.

if you drop the save in this thread I can take a look after work, but that won't be for a good 7 hours

Its not fully rolled back to when it broke. Its kinda halfway into it, due to the auto save. I spent well over 2 hours trying to fix it. relogged 5 times.
I drop a copy of the save here cause yeah I am very well confused. And any help is greatly appreciated. ( And hopefully we get it figured out, cause if others start having this on their old save files, It might be very bad ).

Loaded up your save & interacted with the power poles poking out of the roof - says there's 3000MW production
same when interacting with the big power tower
Capacity is showing as 3480, which is also what I'd expect since biofuel generators only burn fuel on demand

At least it finally registered the bio gens as being there. ( it would not do that before ).

It was weirdest thing. All I was doing was building T3 power poles and puting them inside of Large Metal Pillars to hide the pole and use the top of it like a Light decoration on the building.
They were not even hooked up to power just there for decorations.
Okay even more weird. I just loaded the save. Saw a power pole I had placed when trying to fix it. And removed it. Then I deleted the Large metal beams on the left corner where I hid the power ( actual power line ) and its still working.
I also just built a converter and 6 bio gens. added the fuel, turned them on and its all working. Its letting the pipes move stuff from the coverter to the storage without issue. I have no idea what is going on with this game. And yes it is registering the 16 bio mass generators now. Weird part is ... They are not hooked up to the grid. Oh wait, found a power pole i did hook up, when trying to fix it. I still dont get it, Why did it break, start going off the walls bonkers, and now its working again. ?!?!? Ohhh I loaded the wrong save file ( my end right now ). Okay I loaded the right one this time. And its still working. I dont get it. I didnt change anything.
