all attacks deal 0 damage

using this collection if i start a world with (SOTS off since that breaks getfixedboi) the getfixedboi seed on eternity death master mode, all damage i do becomes exactly 0 unless i crit with the sheaths from one of the mods. can anyone tell me what mod could create that? or how to undo it? have tried ingame settings, nothing worked. tried using fargo difficulty changer items, but they dont even work
