Scorer message format

Hi! Another thing I hit while using scorers, the parts of the messages available on

Hi @moret ! The scorers are still using ai-sdk v4 messages for now. Are you running into issues because of this?

Nothing critical, I mostly wanted to understand if I should wait to type them correctly - i.e., if they are going to move to v5 as well - or if they would remain as such by design. I've been able to tell the type check to ignore that for now.

Wait, are you saying it's typed v4 but you're actually getting v5 messages?

No, sorry for the confusion. They are not typed, and their data seems to be in the v4 format, checked by logging them. I ended up using convertMessagesconvertMessages on them so I can use the v5 typings. My question is more in the line of if they are going to remain v4 or some other non-v5 format by choice, or if they will eventually show up as v5.

In 0.x scorer inputs are UI Messages from (v4)
In v1 scorer inputs are MastraDBMessage(s)
