Missing faces on pictures

cant help be notice that many pictures that clearly have faces, aren't tagged with one? like its not in people, i use buffalo large, and when i click refresh to reprocess all assets, nothing happens, min detection score is 0.7, and max distance 0.4, i sow on docs to rebuild the model or something but i cant find that button anywhere, and even if i do, does it reset all old data? version is 1.139.4
