Webpage inaccessible despite no apparent changes.
Without having changed anything to my knowledge, my immich server is not accessible anymore though my localhost. I am running it through WSL.
Docker shows everything in the immich container as green and running, but the immich server link to the 2283 port just returns "Unable to connect" from my web browsers.
I am unfortunately not super technically gifted and am unsure how to diagnose the issue further, especially as nothing comes to mind as having changed significantly.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
As requested in the guideline here are my .yml and .env files, and I copied the log from my immich_server in docker
