On steam go to tmodloader page and to the right press the gear icon
Now you should see a tap called installed files
Here's a better pic
Now press that
And you'll see verify integrity of files
And press that and wait and it should fix it

If it doesn't work uninstall and reinstall
And see if that works
I'd also recommend uninstalling all your mods and reinstalling the ones your gonna use

Then reinstall it

Just keep deleting everything I nthe tmodloader folder and uninstalling it and reinstalling it
Actually just delete the whole folder

Then go to your trash can on your PC and delete the files
Keep doing it and see if it does anything
