Requesting Refund After Immediate Downgrade from Pro Plan
Hi everyone,
I accidentally upgraded my account to the Pro Plan today but realized right away that I didn’t need it. I downgraded back to the Free Plan immediately after the payment and haven’t used any of the Pro plan resources.
Could someone from the team please assist me with getting a refund of the $25 charge?

You would have to contact support. This is a user helping user site and not regularly monitored by Supabase.
All the docs say they do NOT offer a refund, but a credit for future use.

I don't know what the context of that is. If someone stole your card and is charging on it that is normally handled thru your CC company. I've never had to contact anyone other than the CC company and get the charges removed.
And if you have a special case then asking support is the way.
No one here can tell you more than what we have observed and the docs.

It is the weekend so slower. Still don't understand your situation. If you are Pro the time is MUCH faster than Free. But not sure how a stolen card plays into it. Days to a week most likely.
