After latest update nothing is synced anymore

Immich as an Unraid App, updated
iOS App, updated
Issue:
After the latest update with the (awesome) new timeline, all my pictures are shown as cloud only, like it forgot that the local files are there too. I reinstalled the app and left the backup running over night, and it did basically nothing. It just made a queue out of all my pictures, and uploaded some duplicates. Is there anything I can do to make it realize the local and remote pictures are the same?
