Play TModLoader offline
is it possible to play tmodloader without needing steam to be running? I'm running a portable setup of terraria and was hoping to be able to add mods to this, as the pc's I usually use dont have steam installed, nor do they allow for it to be installed.

currently ive unzipped from the github and followed the steps on there, but when it tries to launch it says steam needs to be running
idc about being able to download mods off the steam workshop.
