Unable to connect to Supabase

Hi I am very new to supabase and don't have much knowledge of postgresql and databases so this is my first time. I have been using gpt and the documentation to try and get a connection since I want to upload information from a python program to the database. attached are screenshots of what I see when I try to connect.
