Immich sometimes "timeout(?)" loading assets

I'm running into a bit of a weird issue with immich - when I'm scrolling through the timeline, everything loads up relatively quickly and fine.
However, sometimes (but not always!) when I click into a photo / video (more often with videos), immich will try and load then freezes.

Looking at the logs (debug log level doesn't give me anything extra) - I noticed when it happens it captured some interesting entries.
I couldn't find out what each column means, but presumably the 100000.00ms column means something hit timeout?

Is there any way I can get more information to help troubleshoot this further?
