Upgrading from v1.120.2 to latest
Hey everyone! I'm still running Immich v1.120.2 (yeah, I know it's ancient 
) and I've got a fresh instance of the latest version spun up.
What's the safest/easiest way to migrate my photos and data over? Looking for the path of least resistance here - don't want to lose anything in the process. Will the usual backup and restore process work or will there be completability issues? Thanks!
