Can't go back to the Dashboard after upgrading
I have just upgraded the database, and now this page won't let me go back to the dashboard. It's being like this for around 30 minutes;
I have tried cleaning site data, logout and login, other browsers, and still it won't work.
I need urgent help, my users are not able to use the app b/c it's overloaded and I need one read replica.

Try a different device just to be sure not a state issue in the dashboard.
Make sure you have a support request in and post the ticket # here.
What region is your instance in?
I assume you are Pro?
Also nothing anyone here can do to fix it. Supabase staff will have to resolve it.
I'm a Pro, yeah. That's why I'm trying Discord.
Region is BR São Paulo.
I just tried using my phone, and the same problem persists.
Get a support request in and post ticket number. Can't guarantee escalation but better to have it here than not.

Hi Will and Gary, I am having the same issue. So is the only solution to wait for support to fix this manually? Does this always happen on database upgrades?

No it does not always happen, but it is happening at a higher rate over the past month to the point they have a special queue.
Make sure you use Hung, Upgrading, Instance Down type terms in your report and that is flagged highest level.
Are you Pro and how long ago did you submit ticket?
Ok good, I used "upgrading" in my report. Unfortunately I am not pro. Submitted ticketed about 2 hours ago
