My npcs simply will not arrive!?
i have 4 suitable homes (i checked with the house checker) and this has never happened to me before in modded runs. even stranger is that im playing with LESS mods than i usually do because i was going for a more vanilla playthough... if anyone has help then i would much appreciate

i figured it out
usually when you figure it out you say what your solution was so that others who have the same problem in the future can figure it out as well
atmospheric torches mod was being a problem so i just disabled it
