Continuous Space Elevator Phase 3 not unlocking things properly
I've been playing this save from the start with "Unlock all tiers" because I wanted the progression to be gated by the Continuous space elevator.
It's been smooth sailing but phase 3 has been buggy.
For clarity, when I say Phase 3, I mean that phase 3 is completed in the elevator.
Whenever I quit and reload the game while in phase 3, it seems to unlock everything, even higher tier stuff.
After waiting for one cycle of the elevator progress, it doesn't do anything...
Choking it so it goes back to phase 2 works fine, and then filling back to phase 3 unlocks things at least partially (it didn't unlock t5 conveyors this time, for some reason).
I am playing with a couple of other mods (Cartograph, Industrial Evolution, Throughput counter and limiter, Modular Load Balancer and Heavy Fluid Overhaul), but I have tried this without any of those and been able to replicate it.
Why phases 1 and 2 work just fine but 3 doesn't is a good question, and probably a good place to start.
I started this save like half a year ago, and it's entirely possible that I've built a regular space elevator and deleted it before the patches for this mod regarding that.
