I need to Submit for review.
but it is disabled now since Embedded app checks are not checked. I have no experience about this

As it says in the text under that section, the checks are automated and run every 2 hours. I've personally heard people say that it can take a long time to actually be checked so you'll have to be patient and come back to the page frequently

I don't know how long it will take as I don't work for Shopify. I would recommend reaching out to their support to get an estimate
