Timeout Exception
I've been getting an error for two days now and can't use any Supbase services. It keeps giving me the following error.
{“error”:“Connection terminated due to connection timeout”,‘message’:“Connection terminated due to connection timeout”}

in which region your project is hosted on?
Restart your project from the general settings tab.
If that does not fix it then contact support with troubleshooting tab.

I tried it before but it didn't work. I submitted a request but haven't heard back yet.
eu-central-1
You might look in the Postgres logs and see if there is any obvious error.
There are no logs on the Postgres side.
I'm asking to make sure I'm looking in the right place. Is this what you're referring to?

Yeah. Seems like your DB is not running.
yep
I tried restarting the project again. I'll write the result.
Are you Pro?
no
Has my usage limit been reached?
No.
Unless you see something in the Usage settings.
But I would not expect nothing to start.
I don't think so, because it's a new project and I don't think it could have been used that much, but I'll check.
As long as you got a ticket # back you should be in the support queue.
It was the weekend so not as many get processed.

You are restarting the project and not just the DB?
Oh, I see. If I were a pro, I guess I'd be prioritized. That's why you asked if I was a pro.
yes
Yes, plus 2 days is a long time for a pro request down (assumeing that is when you sent the ticket.
It took this long last time too, and I think I got a timeout error here again, and I couldn't restart the project either.

Oh no, it's not two days, I guess it counts as a new ticket, I'll have to wait a bit.
Did you at least get the ticket # so you know they got it?
I wanted to write here because I thought that maybe a solution I found here might work for me.
Yes, I got the ticket number.
Sure, always a good idea. But we have covered what users can help with.
I understand. Thank you for your support and answers.
I guess I have to wait for the ticket response.
🙁
Project restart failed 4 minutes ago
The project "app-name" could not be restarted due to capacity issues. Please try again in a few minutes or contact support in case it persists.
Interesting.
What region is the project in?
eu-central-1
K. There have been strange things in South Asia region. Not seen an outage for eu-central-1. Also odd as a restart should not need a new project.
My other project in the same region is running smoothly. This is a truly interesting situation.
Maybe the physical server that instance is on is having issues/overloaded as several projects run on a single server.
Oh, it's definitely possible, but I don't think it's normal for this situation to last 2-3 days.
True as several users would have been impacted.
I have the same issue
Also in EU-Central
I haven't received a response to my ticket yet. We're talking about a 2-3 day complete outage, so would it be possible for you to prioritize this issue? @garyaustin
@Caspar Lehmkühler Your status shows like the OPs with most of it unhealthy? Are you Pro?
You can both drop support ticket #'s here. Not sure I can do anything for you but at least they are already here if someone from SB looks.
I am pro. Ticket No: SU-252854.
And your status info shows the same thing?
How long ago did you submit ticket?
For this just today. But I’ve had similar issues before
I constantly get timeout errors
And you have checked your usage charts for memory/CPU/disk I/O?
Are you getting timeouts on certain queries?
Ticket NO: SU-251317
You all get helped yet?
No response was even made.
I haven't received a reply yet. Did you get a reply? @Caspar Lehmkühler
Is there any progress?
It's truly unfortunate that Supabase can't provide service for such a long period. I think I'll continue by starting a new project and stop using Supabase in the near future.
I did bump your ticket about an hour ago to Supabase as 7 days for project down is like it got dropped in the cracks or you are missing their response.
