Extreme Lag on Mac
I wouldn't say I have a bad Mac, I got the M4 Pro Max and for some reason I just lag super hard everytime my friend uses the kaleidoscope. I'm on a Thorium playthrough with about 20 mods most are just QOL like alchnpclite or BAM. I just get this insufferable dps drop sometimes down to 20. I really find this flabbergasting due to how I'm lagging on Terraria, since I usually play on my pc which costs 1/3 of this mac. Are there any mods that can help me reduce to get rid of this lag. I'm not playing on my pc because I'm in college and it's at home.

This is my unofficial patch for ARM support
https://github.com/lrzo01/tModLoaderARM Its just a stopgap and it’s currently been worked on officially but my patch should allow you to run it pretty nicely If you have any troubles tell me, and if it works flawlessly also tell me so I can mark this as the solution lol

thanks i fortunately did some searching on the support forum and i found this exact patch for some reason tho it shows that im playing terraria instead of tmod so i have to go to terminal of the tmod folder and launch it manually with ./start-tModLoader.sh to actually show that i'm playing tmod on steam so my friends can join my server
you are right it allows me to run at 120 at max settings with no fluctuactions whatsoever

I'll definitely use this if I got a friend who has a bad pc and is lagging due to the kaleidoscope lol
