Immich cannot connect on mibile or web ui
So immich cannot connect and I've tried updating through shell but it jeps complaining bout configuration files not found im stumped and would like help please

Well it's a first install that I tried to update after the update I couldn't connect
I've updated the system and it stopped working thr version rn is 142.1 it's on proxmox and I've tried restarting it and updating it through docker compose pull and stuff I cannot find the docketcompose yml or env file for the life of me
Maybe you should consider starting with hosting something lower stakes first

We would need some help from you as well. Including understanding the basics. The bot tells you how to grab logs above, knowing where your compose and env exists is a necessity. You will need to sort those items out first before we can be of any help.
Bootzz is just making a statement that if you don't understand these basic items, there's a high chance of data loss, and precious picutres and videos are not where you want that to happen.

Just do a simple
tail *
to get the latest logsso what would the whole command be?
