Sound popping/bubbling bug

Does anyone know how to fix this sound popping/bubbling bug? It's always there when I'm opening or closing inventory, breaking blocks, placing blocks... It's silent but still noticeable, BUT when underwater it is very noticeable and loud. Does anyone know a fix?

I use Razer headphones with a USB Razer sound card. I tried:

1. Switching all USB ports/playing without the sound card.
2. Disabling audio enhancements, tried all audio frequencies.
3. On Razer Synapse tried all different sound combinations, reinstalling Razer Synapse.
4. Updating all my PC and audio drivers.
   And it's still there. It is so annoying, and I don't know the fix for it.
