Hey everyone š I really need some help with something important for legal and compliance purposes.
I need official proof that my Supabase project is hosted on AWS in Europe (not just a screenshot of the dashboard). Ideally this would be in the form of a signed confirmation or an official Supabase document/attestation that can be used for GDPR/data residency requirements.
Does anyone know:
1- Where I can find an official statement or certificate from Supabase?
2- Or how to request a formal hosting confirmation letter from the Supabase team?
I've reached out to the support team and I've been waiting for more than a week
This is time-sensitive for legal reasons, so Iād really appreciate any guidance or pointers

I've not heard of anyone asking for this for GDPR (official document).
This is a user helping user forum and not regularly monitored by Supabase.
Support seems your best bet.
You can also show connection URL to the DB which has the region in it? But not sure that is better than the screen shot.
also, as an additional "proof" - a dns lookup for the actual instance, and a network trace? š the hostname is from the dashboard (database > connect > connection string > direct connection)
