mod loader not allowing me to load mods, change profile and just not functioning
Hello so i tried a fresh install and running as admin however the mod manager does not want to work and im not sure why. Before it was working but i wanted to play vanilla for a bit so i turned off mods mainly because the mods i had were all broken but since i wanted to restart a mod profile i deleted the old one and turn on mods and thats how the situation all started since then i have done the above and even toggled on and off mods

You can't change installed mods while the game is running (or it thinks the game is running). Try restarting your computer which will ensure whatever background process that is running gets closed down
i wasnt i had the game closed out
it still thinks it is open which is why I suggested restarting
