ap-south-1 Storage Service Down

The Storage service in ap-south-1 has been down for over 16 hours.
Uploads are failing with the error:
Unexpected token '', "<!DOCTYPE " ... is not valid JSON

Nothing we can do to speed it up here. Supabase flags they are working with AWS on the issue. I'm sure it is high priority for Supabase as many use that region.

Your data is not impacted with restores/upgrades/etc. It is just right now (according to the status) AWS and Supabase have some issue in that region spinning up new servers.

Where you restoring a paused project or restoring from a backup?

these message is showing and when i click the restore i am getting error

Yes so you were not using your project and get got paused... shutdown and backed up.
Normally you hit restore and it pulls the data back in and installs it all on a new server.
It can't do that right now.

If your project got paused then you were not using it, at least as far as supabase tracks for 7 days.
Your data is still there.

Show the project screen.
If there is a backup offered then you could use that.
Otherwise you have to wait.

If this screen then there is not a backup as the project could normally be restored at a click of the button.
