update vectorchord

since the migration from pgvecto-rs to vectorchord, i've been running
can i safely upgrade to the new release? also, is pinning the release to the sha hash really needed, as the image is published by immich themselves?

image: ghcr.io/immich-app/postgres:14-vectorchord0.3.0-pgvectors0.2.0. however i recently saw that the recommended docker compose is using vectorchord0.4.3.can i safely upgrade to the new release? also, is pinning the release to the sha hash really needed, as the image is published by immich themselves?
