Entire database and users deleted
Hi my entire database and all the users were deleted this was a product I was getting ready to upgrade and launch and now it’s lost everything can you please help

How did they get deleted?
Do you have a backup?
If you are Pro there are backups.
If you are Free many users have said if you goto Pro (1 month minimum) there will be 7 days of DAILY backups there.
I am free and haven’t set up pro but I can so you’re saying it will be there? They take the backups
And I can do that?
Idk how it got deleted the entire database is gone with the users too it’s bizarre all the sudden seriously
I am saying every user that has tried it says the back up there to restore for the past 7 days.
It is not documented. But several in the past few days say it works. So there is some risk not, but IMO very small.

Do you use the CLI as there is a DB reset command.
I use CLI yes but I don’t do anything with it right now
I’m trying to upgrade to get the backups now
I went to restore and it’s gone still

Do watch as sort of scary you don't know what ran to do this. It is not simple code if both data and auth was cleaned out and the tables in public removed.
Sounds like db-reset was run by an AI or you somehow as that clears users and all public tables.
