Network Volume Upload: 502 Bad Gateway Left and Right

Anyone experience this when interacting network volume via
This happens alot, some times right after issusing the command, sometimes in the middle of upload,
Also anyone can access the network volume via a S3 gui? I tried transmit 5, filezilla, cyberduck. none of them works. (filezilla only supports domain style bucket now?) (and cyberduck also gives 502, no matter how many times I click retry)
