Unable to connect to pod - Web Terminal, SSH, and Jupyter Lab all failing
Hello RunPod support,
I'm experiencing connectivity issues with my pod and cannot access
it through any available method.
Pod Details:
- Pod ID: u9d6fsocqdx3aq-64411a75
- Template: PyTorch 2.8.0
- GPU: RTX 4090
Issue Description:
1. SSH Connection - Getting "Permission denied (publickey)" when
trying:
ssh u9d6fsocqdx3aq-64411a75@ssh.runpod.io -i ~/.ssh/id_ed25519
1. I've generated and saved my SSH key in the pod settings, but it's
not being recognized.
2. Web Terminal - The "Connect" button for Web Terminal doesn't
work. Nothing happens when clicked.
3. Jupyter Lab (Port 8888) - Shows as "Ready" in the interface, but
when clicking the link, I get:
Error code: 404 Not Found
https://u9d6fsocqdx3aq-8888.proxy.runpod.net/
What I've tried:
- Regenerated SSH keys multiple times
- Waited 10+ minutes for services to fully start
- Tried different browsers
- Cleared browser cache
Expected behavior:
At least one connection method should work to access the pod.
Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue? I need to access
the pod to train a YOLOv8 model.
