I lost acces to my github account and now I cant login to supabase what are my options?

Cant do that, my account was flagged and i really need acces to the database for my client
I tried contacting github to resolve the issue but no luck
Please is there any way I can recover the account?
You have to contact supabase support hopefully with the email used by github. support@supabase.com

Please guys i have important backups for my client
I can’t even connect to the database although I have paid the last bill
And now the project wont come back online on its own
The postgres is down and the domain changed names
Did you at least get a ticket # email back? If not then check spam and resubmit.
Have you still be working to recover your github account?
If you are Free not much time has passed with support backlog these days.

If that the project is in a Pro Org and not a Free one.
I mean that one specifically is on free

This is a user helping user forum and not regularly monitored by Supabase.
No one here has ability to access to your account.
Last week they said they were running 24hours or so for Pro org requests, not sure what they are running now.

I paid my services
And i cant even get a simple response from them
I bumped your issue to my support contact. No guarantee that will help. But I did find out yesterday they won't know you are Pro if it does not come from the dashboard.
