You should show where you are getting this message rather than just stating it here.

It states that you have used up your free quota limit in your organisation and that you need to upgrade to lift the restriction or wait until your quota month has rolled over.
Yes, but cleaned all the information before the deadline which was ont he 23rd...
I don't know what cleaned all information means, your quota will only reset when your monthly rollover happens and you have reduced your db size usage.
I mean I vacuumed the infor before the deadline
