After updating to v1.143.1, immich_server docker container does not successfully start

After running <docker compose pull && docker compose up -d> and then running <docker stats> to watch, immich_server starts, its CPU usage increases to above 200%, and then it disappears from the list of running containers. This repeats a few times, then immich_server stays on the list, but uses 0% CPU, 0B/0B of memory, 0/0 net I/O, etc. and the web interface cannot connect to the local port.
