Help With Immich on truenas
Hello, I've been trying to get immich on truenas working. But for some reason it keeps showing me this result.
[EFAULT] Failed 'up' action for 'immich' app. Please check /var/log/app_lifecycle.log for more details
I will send the full logs in a second.

If this ticket can be closed you can use the /close
command, and re-open it later if needed.do in TrueNAS shell
Thats the message I got when i ran the command
Is your Internet download speed slow?
No?

Definitely not xD
And is it just a clean immich install ?
Yeah clean install
And you followed the tutorial on Immich website?
Yes I followed it
When I run install it just says this
(It's probably not related to your issue, but I'm troubleshouting so many different truenas Issues that I rather be sure that your new install is correct)
and that's the bottom of the tail coimmand
Like it stops with Downloading?
Its like the error at a glance thingy

on truenas it self
yeah, but it tells to check the /var/log/app_lifecycle.log
so that's why I made you run the command
yeah makes sense
I couldnt make sense of the tails error tho
but does it throw that directly how it "install" immich for a bit before?
(like 15 minutes)
And which version of TrueNAS are you on?
25.04.2.4
can you tell me that tho?
It throws it like almost instantly. The progress bar gets to abt 80% and then it throws the error
Mmh that's weird then
Random thing, have you tried to restart your NAS
And do you have free space on your pool?
Yeah

fresh install of truenas too
Well, then it should work xD
can you try to install immich with the defaut settings?
Like don't set host path or anything, just what's required (dabatase password I belive)
sure

Thats what it gives me now
OH
What is you cpu ?
Ryzen 3700XT
reports with 16 cores
imma try again and reboot the truenas box
This error is not Immich related
Like idk what it lists only one Cpu
I dont know how it only sees 1CPU core
that is really strange
You could also try to download another app just to see if that's specific to the Immich one, or even the Automatic permission inside Immich config

I got it working
Thanks for your help
It needed a reboot I tried that before
but after this one
it saw the other cores
Oh well, forgot that I practiced black magic xD
is this an install with the hostpath following the guide or full default?
Following the guide
Ok, nice then! Have a good discovery of Immich
Thank you for being such a big help :)
