Better-Auth Stripe Subscription Issue
Problem:
- Stripe subscription upgrades work correctly (plan changes in Stripe dashboard)
- But the Neon database still shows the old plan (e.g., "gold" instead of "platinum")
- Database and Stripe are out of sync
