Unable to save new channel in welcome module

I am trying to set up Wamellow for one server (713817375887065169) but whenever I try to change the channel the welcome message is supposed to post in, it will not accept my changes and revert to the test channel I had set up previously.
The same issue seems to be with the channel change for the farewell message.
Both issues happen as well when I try to do the same thing on another server (361254337445363714).
