I use both! Basically interchangeably Switching at random Barely ever say AM or PM though I put my trust in ☆ context ☆ to do all the work Like no, I'm not going to meet up with you at 2 in the night (Unless you too fancy a night adventure..!)

13:00 is not military time in military time you would drop the :

in 24 hour time you say 13 o clock military time is 13 hundred

tbh i use all three formats interchangably, except military time i didn't think anybody here would use it, that's why i didn't make a separate example for it
