URGENT: Cannot create projects after failed deletion

Hi! I tried to delete a project and it showed as deleted but wasn't actually removed. Now I can't create new projects in ANY organization - even new accounts I created.

Error: "You do not have permission to create a project"

This happens across:

• Multiple accounts (old and brand new)
• Multiple browsers
• Multiple devices (PC + mobile)

The failed deletion broke something. Please help!
