Supabase and VPS

guys i have a backend codebase running on its own database and auth system for development purposes but i would like to shift to Supabase and also i want to use a VPS to host the codebase 24/7. i would aslo like to use Supabase's SQL.
Can anyone tell me will it work? and if yes then how?
