Lost docker-compose.yml and .env

I have lost my docker-compose and env files and am now trying to update to the latest version

this is my docker images, all except immich-server are still running

I have a database backup from yesterday, I dont remember how I set up immich in the first place or where my running database is located.

How should I set up immich again and keep my library?
