Lost docker-compose.yml and .env

I have lost my docker-compose and env files and am now trying to update to the latest version this is my docker images, all except immich-server are still running

I have a database backup from yesterday, I dont remember how I set up immich in the first place or where my running database is located. How should I set up immich again and keep my library?

has the default DB_DATA_LOCATION changed since around 3 months ago? also do i put my upload location as /mnt/immich/library?
