Understanding Multiple Logger Layers in Effect Program
Effect experts! I'm trying to figure out why exactly I am receiving two logs in my console from this program. https://effect.website/play#a8fbbe332b47
I understand partially (possibly incorrectly) that this is happening because I am providing two different Logger layers. Why isn't one replaced? Hopefully my question(s) make sense and someone can help clarify this for me.
