Postgres 17.6.1.011

Hi Supabase team

I'm currently on the Free Plan and I'm experiencing a critical issue: my Postgres database upgrade is stuck for over 2 hours. The version being attempted is 17.6.1.011.

This is blocking my production app and I need urgent help unlocking or rolling back this upgrade process.

This is a user forum and not monitored regularly by staff.
Did you title your ticket something like Project Stuck Upgrading? They have automation looking for keywords.
Free or Pro?
2 hours is small wait right now for this issue unfortunately.

Are there any insights on why this is an issue with the recent upgrade? Never had a project stuck for that long before for previous upgrades.

I don't think it has to do with any particular upgrade, but the number of users hitting SB and AWS infra with new/restarted instances based on supabase status report page.
