Project status orange
Hi May I ask what can I do with project status turning orange and several services seemingly down (as shown in the attached screenshot) other than submitting a support ticket? It shows "Recently restored projects can take up to 5 minutes to become fully operational." but it has been a few hours already.
This project is located at ap-southeast-1.
I have another project which is also at ap-southeast-1 and working perfectly.
What can I do now?
Also, is there upgrading plan would help having a higher stability running the database? Since currently the developed web app which uses this database is completely down due to the disconnected database.

You are in that state as part of restoring from some instance thing you did?
If so then support is only way. Make sure you title Project Restore Stuck.
If you were in that state before the it could be you are exceeding some instance limit like disk I/o which upgrade of compute might resolve.
Thanks a lot. In fact I don't know what "restoring" mean so I am probably not restoring anything. I will try to find support.
Regarding to the "instance limit like disk i/o", is there anywhere I can check on the website by myself?
Check settings / usage and some where disk I/o. there should be a message at top there I think though. I’ve never hit it and am on phone in a plane so can’t look around.
