Project status orange
Hi May I ask what can I do with project status turning orange and several services seemingly down (as shown in the attached screenshot) other than submitting a support ticket? It shows "Recently restored projects can take up to 5 minutes to become fully operational." but it has been a few hours already.
This project is located at ap-southeast-1.
I have another project which is also at ap-southeast-1 and working perfectly.
What can I do now?
Also, is there upgrading plan would help having a higher stability running the database? Since currently the developed web app which uses this database is completely down due to the disconnected database.
