Not all images found after update (Truenas)
Hi,
tldr:
- running truenas electric eel
- made pgdump and zfs backups of immich database, each update, and have a backed up dataset of /upload folder
- updated from immich v1.118 --> v1.120 --> v1.133 --> v2.0
- only 2700 images show in server stats when expected is 12000+
Question: How do I get immich to rescan its internal library? (assuming /upload is a immich managed library, I don't think I can link it as an external library or it might break things?)

Updated from 1.118 to 1.120 to 1.133 to 2.0 and make zfs snapshots of my database throughout each upgrade. had to rollback a few times because of errored docker starts, (had to work through database connection issues and permission issues) but eventually got to v2 only to see that the server isnt seeing all the images in its own upload folder

There was an easier option in the pinned comment in #truenas
I don't understand how the database would have lost track of the files like that though
Is there any immich server logs that complains about missing path or something similar
yikes i had not discovered this discord until after i went through the hassle of manually starting docker containers
based on the logs i just uploaded, i think most of the missing paths were thumbnails that were later regenerated i think.
What's your current Immich config and the datasets on your sytem also?
Because if you migrated correctly you shouldn't even have these errors
I’ve got got a dataset for my Immich files called MediaStores in my truenas pool, in the previous version, I had manually assigned the /library /upload and /video to folders in that dataset from the Immich configuration in truenas. Now that Immich has moved to a single data folder that automatically makes subfolders in v2.0, I assigned the /mediastores folder to it, and I’ve seen new folders populate in it.
Did you rsync your content into it? how did you do it?
Can you share screenshots of that and also the current Immich config you have
