Not all images found after update (Truenas)

Hi,

tldr:

• running truenas electric eel
• made pgdump and zfs backups of immich database, each update, and have a backed up dataset of /upload folder
• updated from immich v1.118 --> v1.120 --> v1.133 --> v2.0
• only 2700 images show in server stats when expected is 12000+

Question: How do I get immich to rescan its internal library? (assuming /upload is a immich managed library, I don't think I can link it as an external library or it might break things?)
