Lost TrueNAS Scale app during TrueNAS Scale Update

I updated my TrueNAS Scale server recently and in the process found that the Immich App was lost.
Can I please get some help you see if I can restore my app? I can see that the Ix-applications volume is still there and that it is 160GB large. So I am assuming that my data is still in tact. But I can't figure out how to restore it. I have tried to reinstall the app pointing to IX-Applications as the volume, but the UI doesn't come up when I press the WebUI button.
