DatabaseConnectionRateLimitReached: Too many database connections attempts per second
Can anyone explain me why this error happens offen? And whenever it happens, realtime messaging is not working for me.
I am on $25 plan.

Are you using an ORM like Prisma or something else to connect directly to the database?
Also if you goto database tab and roles you might get a quick idea of where connections are going.
