Database not upgrading
Hello, I recently started an upgrade of my database. It was indicated this would take a few minutes to several hours to complete, however it has been almost 48 hours and the upgrade is stuck on the first stage: "Preparing new server". My database is not especially large, and I think this is abnormal. This has caused my whole database to be out of production during this upgrade, and so I would like to resolve this ASAP.
